About MIST

The history of MIST is a long and complex one, fraught with numerous battles and hardships, an epic tale of woe and misery- Oh, wait... wrong history.

Okay, lemmesee. Okay, MIST has been running each year since 2004, when Cryssie made a hideous orange-and-purple gradient layout just for the occasion, and refused to shut up about it for weeks. MIST, not the layout.

That was where I came in. Over the years, I've presented it, and we've had some ups and downs, but we carry on! Cryssie wouldn't dare drop the idea. She likes it. A lot. I mean, it's not like I have connections on the mainland who would cut off the food supplies and internet connection if she put me out of a job, nosiree, no blackmail here. Hahah.

... *Cough.* I'll just give you the facts, shall I?

Sadly, we didn't really keep records from the beginning, so much of this, particularly 2005 and 2004, is pieced together from old updates and dusty, forgotten files. Still, it's something...

MIST 2006

MIST 2005

Competitors: opaltiger (320), Fushi (160), Ricky (70), Sandmouse (70), and at least five others whose names have been lost to the sands of time. Sorry, guys. :(
